I have heard that a Lindt 99% exists, but I haven't seen it anywhere.
My buddy sent me a pic the other day from the Lindt Outlet Store near him, and he was holding a 99% bar. He's supposedly sending me one. If it's as awesome as I'm hoping I'll probably order a case of them online. I've never seen one in a store ever.
When I find it I buy the Lindt Excellence 99%, I can't imagine a chocolate more primal that this :)
The 90% instead is easier to find.
Hi, I'm in the UK and buy a lot of my Primal ingredients from Goodness Direct, they have a sugar/dairy free chocolate by Plamil that's sweetened with Xylitol!

I always buy cacao bars from the raw food section at the store. The only ingredients are cacao, coconut sugar, vanilla powder, sea salt, and some with herbs and superfoods infused, are hand made, and not heated at high temperatures.
I like Fearless Chocolate too.
Coconut sugar is low glycemic.
If you make your own cacao bars you can use Stevia extract or stevia powder instead of using sugar :)

Have you tried the Righteously Raw bars? The maca one with some coconut oil scooped on to it is orgasmic!
I have!! I've tried all of them I believe, except for the spicy one.
I don't eat them as often anymore because they use Agave, but once in a while I do :)
I love the Acai and Maca one :D
My absolute favorite is the Amazonian cacao by Sacred Chocolate. But my town doesn't carry them anymore because they just weren't selling. I think they were too expensive :( but so delicious and I love that they added mushroom extracts
Those 99% ones are a catch. They spoil you for lesser ones. It is better to never go there.
Last chocolate I had was homemade - cocoa powder and cocoa butter with no sugar. Guess that makes it 100% chocolate. It is an acquired taste, and tends to be a bit grainy due to me not having an easy way to conch it. Normally I do add a bit of rapadura but people I have given it to still recoil in horror as it 'isn't sweet'.
I really have to give up chocolate. Every time I have it it stops me sleeping. Too much caffeine.
I found the green & blacks to be high in sugar compared to the Lindt 90% (which I love) In the UK there is a guy called Willie Harcourt-Cooze and he does great chocolate up to 100% Artisan Chocolate & Cacao by Willie's Cacao | WilliesCacao.com

This has happened. Last night the 99% started tasting sweet to me, I even checked the package to make sure I didn't buy the wrong thing. 2 grams of sugar in the whole bar.
