Do these daily calorie numbers look correct?
Mark had said that we need about .7 to 1 gram of protein per [B]lean body mass[/B] a day.
My [B]LBM[/B] is 143. So at 1 gram/per [B]LBM[/B] I need about 143 grams. That is 572 calories or 5 ounces.
I want to stay at 100 grams of carbs a day. That is 400 calories or 3.5 ounces.
I'll pick a 2,000 calorie per day diet.
I get 1,028 calories remaining to replace with fat. Thats 114.2 grams. Or 4 ounces.
