Haddock

So earlier today when i had Haddock for my dinner i did it in tomato and milk.....Does anybody know of a better substitute for milk ?

Could you post the recipe...

I hate to say it but that sounds like an absolutely horrid way to cream a red sauce.

I've put haddock in my Brazilian fish moqueca before:

Contains tomatoes, coconut milk, and other delicious veggies

I love haddock broiled with butter. Sooo gooood

Melt butter in a pan, add a few bay leaves until flavour comes out then remove. Add salted and peppered haddock and fry. About the only way I cook fish these days.
