what's a cream cheese cloud?
It has cream cheese, butter, vanilla and a sweetener ... but I am looking for the exact ingredients and directions :)
There are tons of these on lowcarbfriends. You can use an advance google search to find them.
Here's a basic one!
CREAM CHEESE CLOUDS
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2-3/4 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring
Beat everything with an electric mixer until fluffy. Drop by bite-size spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Store in the freezer and eat frozen.
Makes 24 clouds
Oh. AKA Fat Bomb. Why didn't you say so? lol
it also makes a pretty good frosting :)
Thank you epicuriousbynature, I will be trying this recipe asap :D
I think I'll use it as a frosting too- my husband loves carrot cake ;)
You're welcome!! I use Stevia/Truvia as opposed to the Splenda, but that's just me! :) It's a simple fat bomb version for sure!!

I wonder how this would taste with unsweetened cocoa powder added?
Hmm....
If you use mascarpone, you can probably cut some of the sugar out of the recipe since mascarpone is naturally sweet
