Got Any Good One-Liners?
I like short, Primal one-liners - they help me make better decisions on the fly, and it is easier to remember stuff when there is a catchy sentence involved. An MDA member posted a good one on another thread that I really like - "Don't eat anywhere that has more than three locations." Mark's 10 Rules are classic.
Of course one should do the in-depth reading and research behind them, but still.
So - what are your personal favorites, however they have helped you, even if they are "oldies but goodies"?

Fat makes your eyes bright and your coat shiny.

Losing fat one stick of butter at a time.

Don't buy anything with a bar code.

Don't eat anything that has a commercial

Did it come from a plant, eat a plant, or was it made in a plant?
If it's never touched the ground, it ain't food.

Primal movie one liners
Primal Dirty Harry "You have to ask yourself one question punk, is it grass fed beef? Well is it!?
Scotty to Captain Kirk "I've given her all she's got Captain, we're out of carbs!"
Bones to Captain Kirk "Dammit Jim we've exhausted all our sugar supplies!"
Spock to Bones "Doctor McCoy you of all people should know that we've now reached a state of Ketosis and we are traveling cleaner and faster than ever before."
Captain Kirk "Gentlemen we have reached a true path in our search for the well being of mankind, full speed ahead Mr. Chekov."
Captain Kirk pulls Spock aside "Spock check for any missed bullshit carbs and teleport them back to earth."
Braveheart-Robert the Bruce to his troops "You have bled with Wallace...now eat lard with me."
Open Range-Robert Duvall regarding dark chocolate "Oh damn that's good!"
Lotsa other ones I'm sure. "You are what you is so be the best to you too." Peace...5x

Eat real food.
Real food has nutrition. Fake food has a nutrition label.

I once posted a question about muffin tins - silicone. One poster stated that since we don't know what the long term effects on our health would be, she didn't want to be a guinea pig. I liked that, so I purchased a cast iron muffin tin. So to make it a one-liner, maybe:
If it hasn't been around for at least a generation, be wary.
