Cool, another buddy of mine has the KSOs and said they're great for the gym so I'll be using my bikilas for outside stuff as well. I'm not so much concerned with padding for protection but mostly because I reckon more padding = longer they'll last on outside use. The KSO's look like they'd wear out faster if used outside consistently.

How do the VibramFF fit? Do they run big/small? I'd like to order some but not sure if I should order my true size or up/down.

You have to measure your foot, they provide sizing charts. Mine was accurate.

The vibram sizing has been a real crapshoot for me. The TrekSport and KSO 47's fit my 11 and 1/4 inch long feet, but the Spyridon 47 is about a half an inch too short. It's really best to try them on in a store, otherwise your taking a risk. Either way, start with the size chart on the vibramfivefingers website.

My foot measures 11 inches exactly. In running shoes I am a size 12 (US). Size 11.5 for walking shoes. For 11 inches they recommended a size 43?

This all makes me nervous and I should probably just go to a store like you recommended.

Sounds right. I wear 11.5 in shoes, and I wear a 44 in five fingers. There is no room at the end of the toes...perfect fit.

My Bikila LSs came today :D For reference, my feet are 9.5 inches and I opted for size 39. They fit great based on my foot measurement. My stunted little toes are the only problem. :(

Got my new vibrams in yesterday. I wear an 11.5 wide shoe and ordered the 44's. They fit fine.
