Cow Bone Soup!
As we all know paleolithic man cracked open bones and sucked the marrow out. ;)
It may not be super available to everyone in the states. But as an American living in Seoul I slurp down a lot of cow bone soup (sagolguk) weekly. It is a thin milky soup usually served with some chopped scallions floating on top. Seriously cave man. :cool:
Google "sagolguk", takes a couple days of boiling beef bones so probably best to make a bunch and then freeze it in baggies.
Sounds like bone broth with scallions.
Indeed, bone broth it is! I'd never had such a thing in the US but have been slurping it down over here...
