Lunch is such an awkward time of day. I work from 10-2 everyday
and I am never sure if I should eat lunch at work or wait till after work.
Also, I never know what to make for lunch.

I would have a big late breakfast and eat a late lunch or early dinner. Big salads with various veggies, hard boiled eggs, meat etc., quality lunch meat roll ups, tuna salad, can of salmon, etc etc."
Eat when you're hungry. If that means you eat two meals (say... one at 9 and one at 5) or three (say... one at 9, one at 3, one at 8), so be it.
There's no law that says lunch has to be at noon. Eat when you're hungry. If I had a 10-2 shift odds are I'd sleep later than I currently do, eat a later breakfast and therefore eat a later lunch. But that's me.

I vote for big, late breakfast and no lunch. But I like eating twice a day so that wouldn't be awkward for me at all. I even like eating once a day.
If you're stressed out about it, just skip lunch and have shifter, more leisurely dinner.
I work 11 to 2:30, a couple times a week. I usually eat a big breakfast before I go in, then a decent snack after I pick my son up from school at 3. Dinner 6-6:30 or so.
Thanks, guys! My plan is to it a HUGE breakfast later in the morning (at around 9:30ish) and then have an earlier dinner at
about 4:00pm. Perfect! Problem solved!
