OMG Black Garlic is AWESOME!

I have just ordered mine here in NZ - so can't wait to try it
and I looked up how to make it - but nah I think I will leave this one to the pros!

I've ordered from amazon and they tell me this morning it's already shipped, yay:)

I picked up some Black garlic on the weekend...it's pretty awesome. I could eat both bulbs of garlic!:p
