Each week I go through a box of Costco eggs (7 1/2 Dozen). That is split between 40 whole eggs and 50 egg whites. They are cheap, quick, tasty and provide the necessities.
I probably have between 12-20 eggs/week. It would be more but I only eat pastured eggs from local farms, and I've been a bit lazy lately when it comes to buying them. If I had it my way, I'd be doing at least 2 dozen/week myself.
At least 21, as I eat them just about every day for breakfast. Sometimes more if I want a quick and easy supper or happen to be hungrier than usual in the morning.
Between 0 and 21.
Usually around a dozen. I hard boil them and take them for lunch at work, usually as egg salad, but this week just hard boiled, halved and spread with a thin layer of mayo. Sometimes I'll have them for dinner (like last night) with sauteed mushrooms (in butter) and some nitrate/nitrite free bacon...sometimes I'll add artichoke bottoms as well.
A typical day sees me eating around 6 raw eggs, so around 42 per week.
Today I'm making bacon and eggs for breakfast... and I've never cooked bacon before (I know, WHAT?)
We have backyard chickens so we always have eggs on hand! My family probably eats about 2 dozen a week. The kids like them, but they won't eat them for too many days in a row. I usually eat a few each day. Hubby eats a couple each week.
Sometimes as little as 2 or 3, sometimes a couple dozen.
