Do you want to lose weight? Or do you want to lose fat?
Because all that working out is going to maintain muscle, Which which weighs more than fat. Ditch the scale for six weeks and just take measurements. It's very possible to lose inches without losing pounds. You'll find lots of stories here about people who's weight never changes they drop one or two sizes.

This is exactly what I am wanting to do now. I technically don't need to lose weight, just fat. So I figure if I can put on some lbs. of muscle and maintain my weight, the fat will go bye-bye. Is there anything you're doing that you can suggest. I pretty much know what I need to do, but I feel like lately I need to hear other ppl say it. :)

Try using local raw honey as a sweetener if you have to. Skip the fake stuff.
Also for water try cucumber water (family fav!), fruit water, or the normal lemon/lime adders.

Yep, a tape measurement, body fat calipher, and even photos can give good information on what is going on in your body. When getting leaner you will also notice that certain veins are getting less blurred and "new" are popping out from nowhere. I recomend to also use the weight though, just remember that it mostly measures water fluctuations...

Wow, she ate a lot everyday!! I think I'm going to take the plunge and stop eating at a deficit. So hard to do when you're always in "weight loss" mode!

Yes.

Cardio only make me feel hungry. Rather go for long walks and do some weights/Lunges/Squats :-)

You and me both!
I'm always eating in a deficit...My TDEE is around 2300!
I know I need to cut back with all the cardio also, but just convincing myself to do it...is another thing!
