Yohimbine for athletes
I posted this in the nutrition forum yesterday, but I should have put it here judging from the responses of offended parties

I didn't respond to yesterday's post and wasn't offended. It sounded more like a warning than a recommendation the way you listed the side effects. But if it works for you, more power.
I take yohimbine too (primaforce yohimbine hcl) it really helps my energy levels, helps me focus and it also feels like it increases my recovery time. I take 2.5 mg fasted every morning. I work early mornings (5am) so it's a nice jolt. Helps with WODs too.
I've used it. Causes me some anxiety, but besides that it's pretty good.
