Has anyone found that this really enhances fat loss?
I was taking it for about 6 months in which i lost a ton of weight although much of that can be attributed to starting my primal journey.
My supply ran out and I haven't been taking them for about 2-3 months and its fair to say I have stalled a bit although Christmas was right in the middle of that.
Now two weeks after getting my new supply (a year's worth) my fat loss seems to be in action again.
anyone else had this kind of reaction?
I've never heard of it being used for fat loss, and I'm skeptical of any supplements that makes that sort of a claim or touted as such by its users. I use mag citrate but not for fat loss, more for muscle relaxation and regular bms.
sorry I should have been more specific. I don't use it for fat loss either. It helps with my cramps and I sleep really well on it.
I just find also that it seems to boost fat loss with me for some reason. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar.

More frequent bowel movements?
My bowel movements seem to be regular.
I've also never heard of it for fat loss but it can be useful to help keep you regular, reduce anxiety and help you sleep. I drink 1-2 tsp dissolved in hot water most nights before bed and really enjoy it.

Same here. Which is why I pound the stuff.
If you're not sleeping as well without it, that could be why.
excellent point namelesswonder, i hadn't thought of that.
I am not saying it is some wonder pill but I certainly feel noticeably better when I take it. I also find I don't get as hungry but that could be due to the fact that I have pretty much got my food spot on atm.
If you have a magnesium deficiency (some say, most people do, as it's much less prevalent in the soil than it used to be), it's not a surprise that it would be helpful. That's something that could probably be bested by a doctor.
