I am finally losing weight.
6'7 248lbs now, male. 32 years old.
I walk 7 days a week, and do compound lifts 3-5 days.
I started at 3500 calories, and got fatter
2600 and maintained.
2000 and miantained!
did IF and didnt lose weight.
Now I'm hitting 1400 calories a day, with 180g protein as a minimum. I'm losing about 2lbs a week so far.
Go figure that I'd have to dip that low, being as big as I am, to start mobilizing fat.
Strength hasn't really gone down yet. Will keep adjusting weekly.
Rarely hungry too. I eat tons of veggies, big chunks of meat. Good stuff.
