I'm so sorry to hear about your MIL. My sister passed of cancer at 38; I remember those late night calls and visits to the hospital, my heart goes out to you and your husband.

Read your review it was very entertaining. I've never heard of a Mexican restaurant charging for "the salsa" bar, that's crazy! Boy I hate it when I decide to go out to eat and the food isn't even competently prepared. Yesterday I made Mark's Carnitas recipe and it was delicious. I don't think we'll be going out for tacos any time soon when we can make them at home with better quality ingredients. I usually don't go any way but DS and DH like to, but the last few times they went they said the carnitas were mushy and bland, Yuck!
