10 eggs is only around 700 calories. 2 pounds of ground beef is around 2300 calories. That's only 3000~ish calories. Just breaking even for most guys.

It still looks like 6 tonnes of food to some of us.
Not all of us have that sort of stomach capacity... all I can think is "Ughhhhh..." :eek:
And that would be trying to eat just half of it as a single meal...

Very holy, indeed! Sacred beef for all! As a steak-and-eggs* card-carrying member, I can vouch for the do-ability of it! Well, so far so good, anyway. :)

one cup of bone broth (lamb and lama bones) and one cup of coffee with coconut oil.
-100g carrot greens
All fried in butter.
3 eggs fried in coconut oil
2 pieces of uncured back bacon
24 oz of coffee with a tablespoon of honey and a 1/4 cup of heavy cream
Got a warm spinach salad on deck for lunch.
Now, what am I going to do about dinner...

Hmm doesnt look like a lot of food, but i am working on improving my metabalosim again and hopefully improving motility and appetite.
