40 grams of Avocado, 1 oz of crispy chicken skin
Dinner: 6:00 pm
5.1 oz of Chicken Thigh Meat, 4 oz. Mixed Baby Greens, 1.8 oz Avocado, 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tsp Fish Oil, 1 Cup Free Range Chicken Broth, 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

Had 2eggs and 100gm can of tuna, 4 lamb loin chops and some beef jerky and smoked sheeps cheese. Some veggies and a pear aswell.
Safe to say overdid the beef jerky and sheeps cheese and am paying for it all day today. Completly blocked my digestive system! I suspect cheese does this to me, but beef jerky i think has contributed too.
Approaching 18hrs fast today as a result of no appetite....
I'm getting in the habit of bone broth for breakfast.
Bone Broth. It's the new BPC.
Breakfast: 1 banana, 100ml double cream, 8 grapes.
Lunch: 6 egg omelet and 2 dates.
Snacks while studying: 1 plum, 1 avocado, 8 grapes, choffees, 50ml double cream.
Dinner: 4 fried eggs, 1 fried onion, 200g roast potato, 2 small beetroots, 3 pickled shiitakes.
Still feeling some awesomeness carrying over from yesterday. :D Must be the eggs or the low-lactase, then. :p
Breakfast: 11:30 am. 9oz tri-tip steak, 4 fried egg yolks, one large tomato, one cup each of cooked red cabbage and spinach. 3/4 oz cacao beans.
Supper will be shrimp, smoked salmon, and sardine sushi; seaweed salad; tri-tip roast.
Roast is not done yet. Had a dish of sorbet and a big pile of cuties.
Breaky: 4 eggs and coffee w cream
lunch: can of sardines and a banana
supper: chicken with guac, small potato, real lactofermented pickles

It's summertime here in FL already... so I've switched to nice cold brewed Iced Coffee. :o
IF until noon, then a 12 oz new york strip with 4 eggs and an avocado. Mid afternoon was full fat Greek Yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Dinner will be a big vegetable salad with chicken and to celebrate Friday night I'll have a glass of wine and some dark chocolate:)
Only coffee so far (about 7ish pm my time zone). Getting a bit hungry. Even more so because of the smell of the chili I'm cooking on low. HURRY UP, CHILI! :)
