This is a great (though really long lol) thread. My mom-in-law is finally giving gluten free a try (not pushing full primal just yet) and I needed some meal ideas since she says, "I don't know what to eat besides meat and cheese" lol.
always one banana first thing in morning
2 eggs with turkey bacon and coffee
chicken, bacon and tomato salad, yogurt with fruit, water
olives for a snack
turkey burger with cheese (no bun of course), sliced red peppers, strawberries, water
cold coffee smoothie with 1 banana, dark chocolate cocoa, half scoop vanilla protein
B: Two eggs, butter-fried leek and mushrooms with pepper and cream.
L: Pumpkin soup, banana.
S: Apple slices and cheese, few dates, chocolate.
Dinner will be roasted chicken thighs and kumara. Probably throw in some more leeks.
I'm a diet just now, to lose about 2-5kg. Currently I'm eating:
1 can of tinned mackerel
2 tablespoons of EVOO
1 egg yolk
150g of protein powder
Once a week I carb out.
BAS with 6 hard-cooked egg yolks, chicken, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, baby spinach. Tonight: carbs.
Edited to add dinner: Rice spaghetti, tomato sauce, meatballs made from brisket I ground, spinach, sorbet, 2 meringues, 2 blood oranges, and 2 squares of Green&Black's 85% chocolate. It's been a great up day!
A few slices of thinly sliced grass-fed roast beef from the organic butcher (melts like butter in your mouth) w/ salt

Yesterday was insane.
-1kg sweet potatoes
-1kg ground beef in tomatoe sauce (meatballs)
-Half a block of brie cheese
-Half a carton of cottage cheese
-Other half of cottage cheese carton with two large apples and cinammon.
Ugh, totally lost my appetite for today - coupled with my now 50+ hours without sleep, I'm feeling pretty out of it.
Today I plan on:
-Tons of coffee
-Sea Salt Lindt Bar
-Bag of pork rinds or rice crackers
-Something to do with rice or potatoes with a protein. Not sure what.
...but yesterday was totally worth it :D

Kind of feeling a little munchy crunchy right now! Maybe have a little NORI snack ;)

Big salad. Red and green leaf lettuce, kale, carrots, sweet peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, braggs healthy vinaigrette And one link of hot Italian sausage.
Dinner will be a 1.5 lbs flat iron steak going on the grill. Part will be breakfast tomorrow.
Gouda potatoes. Basically scalloped with the cheese and minus the flour. This batch was with coconut milk vs dairy. About a large Yukon Gold worth.
