Started my morning with scrambled organic eggs, onions, about a cup full of lovely ground venison, all piled into romaine leaves and topped with thinly sliced radishes ... oh, and coffee, plain. Yummminesss
About 3/4 of a rotisserie chicken for lunch and some kombucha (berry guava).
You know I'm not a calorie counter, but since I've made a habit of posting in this thread I notice I do two things consistently. I don't eat breakfast. And I have a tenancy toward alternate day calorie cycling. Interesting.
Neck, I haven't eaten breakfast in about three years. My mother thinks I'm absolutely bat-shit insane for that. Good, if you're not offending someone with how you live your life, you're not doing something right.
Ya Drumroll..... kinda funny a few years ago I first heard the term IF and was like pfft....crazy kids with their internet slang....I been doing this my whole life :)
Anyhow, polished off my oxtail soup and the rest of that chicken for dinner with a banana and some lindt 85%....working to hit that 10kg/year mark ;).

Chicken/avocado sushi.
Fruit - dammit, I eat one grape - just [I]one[I][/I][/I] grape - and suddenly they're all gone. Can't complain, though. I love grapes. :D
Chicken curry on white rice.
Cocoa avocado mousse on frozen bananas with a flake.
Back in ketosis, so....
breakfast - the usual.....coffee with cream. I hate eating food for breakfast and can't make myself do it.
lunch - 3 egg omelet with tomato, cream cheese, and spinach inside
dinner - wok chicken and broccoli with lots of garlic. super yummy. I made wild rice to put it over, for son and dh, but I didn't have it myself.
Breakfast: smoked salmon (100g) with flax oil and some herbs + half avocado
Lunch: homemade ground beef-onion-garlic meatballs, with mayo
Dinner: Chicken breast marinated in oil of olive and ground garlic, all grilled on the plancha + steamed broccoli
During the day: macadamias
Organic ground beef,zuccini,mushrooms,onions,tomato,red pepper,broccoli,carrot,coffee and a pint of whiskey!
