Today is fasting day, so it will be:
- breakfast: English breakfast tea (no sugar)
- white tea throughout the day, to cope with the boredom of sitting at a desk staring a screen
- lunch: nothing
- 5:30pm: pre-workout coffee
- 6pm-7pm: fasted workout: high intensity circuit of fundamental movements
- dinner: Tripes "alla romana". I deserved them.

B: handful of blueberries. Plate of chicken and pumpkin.
L: Chicken, peas and gravy.
Snacks during the day: Dried fruit. Nuts.
D: Scrambled eggs with grated cheese and two bacon slices.
Homemade icecream (banana, frozen berries and cream)
for dessert.

3 sausages, piece of cheese, half a cup of raw milk, a piece of dark choc, greek yogurt with vanilla extract. dinner is cooking, it's a lamb chop, cauliflower and carrot. prob have some more raw milk and yoghurt with fresh blueberries after.

2 slices Swiss cheese
Teaspoon or so of mayo and yellow mustard
34g macadamia nuts
~2 cups lettuce
19g Applegate farms genoa salami
1 oz Kerrygold Dubliner cheese
5 grape tomatoes
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 hard boiled eggs
1.5 tbsp mayo
6-7 cornichon gherkin pickles
... Not done yet

B: 3 fried eggs, 3 rashers fried bacon, butter on the eggs
L: home-made vegetable soup (with stock made from the wild duck we ate at the weekend) with crispy pork, and lump of cheese
S: will be the last of the venison stew from the weekend with roasted Brussels sprouts and cauliflower mash

Travel status so off my home routine. Breakfast at a Whole Foods....scrambled eggs and bacon. Fage total.

I had some Nutcase Crunch Cereal with a splash of almond milk, cinnamon, and berries. Really good.
I actually just wrote a review of Nutcase Crunch this morning, if you are not familiar. It's a paleo-friendly, gluten-free cereal. I wouldn't have it everyday, but it's definitely a nice option to have around.

A can of good sardines, sliced tomato, and an eggplant cooked in coconut oil with yellow curry and extra tumeric.

300g bacon
200g tuszonka
200g potato
1 large carrot
3 pickled shiitake mushrooms (50g)
100g greek yoghurt
1 banana
50g almonds
And now I'm off for another 100g of bacon, as I need a protein boost!
