Had that a few days ago....the bones are now in the pressure cooker along with the vertebra from the ox tail producing some broth for the week :)
Going to the diner for a super omelet. I'm sure not all ingredients (looking at you frying oil) will be Primal, but its a "business" lunch of sorts.
Breakfast smoothie (2 eggs, 1/2 banana., blueberries, coconut oil, bee pollen)
I hardly ever have lunch but today 5-6oz piece of hot smoked salmon... because I love smoked salmon.. & it was there.. & it was SMOKED SALMON!:D
Supper will be, large cress & rocket salad with scallops,pine-nuts, peppers, avocado & whatever other veggies catch my eye along with a nice veal steak (salmon cut)
1/2 banana and handful of blueberries
Couple of fried eggs, some sheep's milk feta, grilled salmon, few slices of roast beef,BAS, prunes. Basically, leftovers and odds and ends today.
Coffee with cinnamon, coconut oil, and heavy cream. Few slices of bacon.
Boiled chicken breast salad with avocado, red onion, red apple on top of spinach leaves.
And then another salad with red onion, red apple, spinach, olive oil and feta.
rest day carb down: NY strip w/chipotle sour cream, Bragg's Healthy Vinaigrette dressed arugula, soft scrambled eggs w/ chives and goat cheese
1 cup: Cinnamon, clover honey and water
1 cup: Kale, parsley, ginger, Smoothie
4 TBLSP: greek yogurt, 2 tsp hulled hemp seeds, 1/2 cup blue berries, 1/2 black berries
1/4 fresh Papaya
Spinach arugala salad (with red pepper; alfalfa sprouts; unsalted sunflowerseeds, cheese cubes, cucumber,) avacado and lime dressing (avacado, Olive oil, lime juice, pepper)
1 baby bel cheese
Carrots and celery sticks
Dinner: (the plan)
Hariyali Chicken Kebabs (hariyali paste consist of fresh cilantro, lemon juice, mint leaves, cumin, pepper blended to make a paste)
Cauli rice with peas
Fozen Grapes and Almonds
beanless deer chili w/ guac.
ham bone broth
roasted brussel sprouts w/ bacon
Org yellow squash, broc, onions, mushrooms with egg on top, bkfast
BAS & salmon, 1/2 avocado, lunch
Chicken with rice & peas, sliced tomatoes & cukes, dinner
Coffee, green tea, grapefruit juice and filtered water
1/2 banana just now at 8:30pm
