WTF? I cannot believe that MDA cannot keep the spam from this forum. And worse, this Muusor bot is now listed as a senior member just because of the shear number of spam post that bot has made.
My time on the MDA forum is coming to an end I'm afraid. While there are the occasional post that I like or has useful information, it just is not worth wading through pages of spam to get to it.
ARE ANY OF THE MODS LISTENING OUT THERE?
They always find the time to reprimand me for stupid shit like swearing. The last infraction was because I posted a picture of a camel toe, as in literally a camel's toe.
I just went to check out this Muusor's page because of the literal hundreds of new threads this spammer posted and its up to almost 230! I hope this gets taken care of, because when I try to look at today's new posts all I see are letters I don't understand! Grr!

I thought I'd be clever and ignore the user, but it doesn't seem to work on threads. I have to say, this is the worst forum I use for spam.
I don't think the mods work weekends. This should clear up on Monday.
I can only hope that Munsor gets run over by his f-ing truck.
perhaps they could use some of the more experienced posters to moderate over the weekend....?????

It was really bad...lately seemed to be better so I thought someone was monitoring on weekends. Now horrid again so perhaps they stopped?

just a thought[/QUOTE]as much as I hate what can happen when boards do this (although it's more of a risk with really ultra-insulated, nerdy communities), that's not a bad idea. or they could institute a rep system ala bodybuilding.com, and give mod positions to the highest ranked.
I nominate zoebird and paleobird for a couple....pretty much anyone with "bird" in their name, really
