Am getting into this primal thing, but I have had the 'carb flu' for groking ages!
Currently eating around 130g carbs per day, with total calories at: 50%fat, 20%carb, and 30%protein.
Is this low carb enough to instigate the bodies fat burning mechanism? I don't want to drop to many carbs as I don't need to lose any weight.
Let me know what you think, I would be interested in hearing your experience with this.
