I have a few bottle of synergy kombucha and it says on the bottle not the shake. So would this mean you can't add it to a smoothie or shake and other blender nonsense?

blender nonsense, lol.
Why would you want to ruin booch like that? If you want to get some probiotics in your smoothie, go for kefir :)
When my dad came to visit a few weeks ago he made a killer cocktail with kombucha, bourbon, pomegranate juice and orange juice. So my vote is: blend away!
(Seriously, since everything gets blended in your stomach anyway, I can't imagine why mixing it with something else before entering the stomach would make any difference.)

well the bottle says DO NOT SHAKE. I was kind of worried about why it said this and didn't want to destory the kombucha or my blender or waste frozen stuff in it.
Ah, I see. The 'do not shake' is because since kombucha is an actively fermenting product, when it is sealed (such in the case of store-bought stuff) the air-tight seal allows the production of some carbonation. Similarly, you wouldn't want to shake up a bottle of soda before opening it
Also, at the bottom of the bottle are usually some solids (SCOBYies starting to form maybe? I'm not sure what they are to be honest). When you shake it you get it all mixed up in the liquid and it can give a weird feeling to drink down.
I say blend away!
The only reason not to shake it is the same reason you wouldn't want to shake a bottle of soda. I makes just a tad of a mess when you open it...
