Wow. You look fabulous for 41 ... or any age. Is that a recent picture or did you take that 20 years ago.
Day #6 -- I went to bed super late so I woke up late.
L: Beef with broccoli and just a little bit of brown rice.
S: break it by having my mocha breve again today -- not doing so good in this department
D: not sure yet ... but I start to feel hungry a bit earlier than yesterday
No workout yet.
Weight this morning was at 101 lbs. I feel alert and productive. I do need to drink more water ... not doing so good today.
One of the experiment I think I want to try is to figure out how to get rid of my excessive eye tearing through eating right. I will probably create a new thread for this to get advice from the Primal Nutrition Thread. Doctor said I have some kind of chemical imbalance in my diet.
That is for now.
L: 1 boiled egg, mocha breve, tiny piece of cranberry bread with honey peanut butter, grapes and 1/4 of an apple
D: plan to eat some broccoli and meat
Dance for an hour and now I'm starving. I guess I haven't eaten much today
Day #8 -- log for yesterday
L: around 1PM --Indian Buffet
D: around 10PM -- spinach, a piece of chocolate, mac&cheese with meat, and garlic naan
Water: 48 oz no other drink
Got some vitamin D supplement and went to the tanning bed for 5 minutes.
I definitely blew it after I got to the buffet and had the garlic naan after my dance class. I did workout for 3 1/2 hours moderate pace just because I really like it so I probably burned off some; however, I did pay the price for it because I got breakout the next day (today).
Really need to drink water and no more bread.
The day overall was good though since I was alert the whole day.
Day #9 -- not a very good day :(
Day #10 -- We found a local grass fed beef and made the beef stew. Definitely tasty and worth to try more recopies.
B - a piece thumb size of chocolate
L - steam broccoli with feta cheese and olive oil and tuna filet with cajun spice. Pretty filling and tasty.
S - chai tea and baklava
D - a bowl of beef stew and a slide of garlic bread and a tiny piece of chocolate
About an hour workout (dance) this morning and I will probably do again another hour or two.

Not feeling very up beat today. The weather here is pretty cold, but the sky was beautiful and sunny.
Day #11: weekend wasn't so good. I gain 2.5 lbs from my low 101 in a week. It could be because I ate some salty food that cause retaining water. It could be because I start exercise a bit more with weight.
Anyhow, I ate out twice this weekend and both time were on the Sunday. Looking for a better week starting today, Monday.
Day #12: not a very good no carb day at lunch since I had wonton soup with egg noodle, but I had quite a bit pork at dinner. I still don't eat breakfast.
My skin does seem to be clearer last few days.
I dance 2-3 hours a day so far this week.
Day ?: I've been out for awhile from logging my journal. But I decided to record it today.
I had steam spinach with coconut oil and just had a bad stomachache. I know it's not the spinach because I have it all the time no problem with olive oil. My husband was having the spinach this morning with olive oil and he is fine.
Enter this to keep track so that I can check back and see if my stomach is having issue with coconut oil.
Note to self: coconut milk, coconut juice, fresh coconut and dry coconut are fine.
