A year ago, I couldn't do a single pull up, and the other day I managed 10 chinups in a set. As soon as you've got your first unassisted one in, it'll be easier to improve even further :)

I have a lofty pullup goal myself for this year. I can do one or two (have done 4 in the past), though not dead hang. Aiming for 10 in 364 days.
I had one unassisted muscle-up as a goal in 2012 and i have failed. The quest will continue in 2013.

Freaking awesome! I just jointed CrossFit and my goal is to do an unassisted pullup in 2013. Muscle Memory is a great thing --- now you've done one, your body is going to remember and it'll be easier to now do multiple pullups. You rock and congratulations.
