This is really where I need help. I'm prepping for a powerlifting competition on March 2. I'm eating 90% primal. I don't want to lose anymore scale weight. Any ideas for maintaining weight while staying at least 90% primal. The reason I say I'm 90% primal is my supplements and I am limiting my soda intake. It's stupid hard for me not to drink soda that's readily available, but my consumption has dropped considerably.
Your gonna hate this answer, but ......eat more. Either more in a sitting or add a meal in.
I'm not opposed to eating more.
