I'm at around 25%bf. I haven't been able to drop it in yeeeeaaaars. My body seems to really like where it is, although I could easily drop 5 lbs and still have plenty of essential stores. I lost the 3.3 lbs I gained over the holidays pretty much overnight when I first started SLD, but now nothing.

Oh and thanks for the clarification, Julie. I'm a bottomless pit so while I do experience AS (ha!) I still have to be very careful otherwise I can easily still.consume 2000+ calories a day.
I know, I know, you and me both.
I can be perfectly sated on whatever I've had,
and then I'll think of something delicious, like peanuts,
want them super bad... sometimes give in, and bam,
2k cals down the hatch.

I eat that by lunch time.[/QUOTE] Ok, here's an example...I IF from supper time until lunch the next day, here is one of my days: Lunch: burger patty with sauteed onions and mushrooms Supper: 2 pieces of cod fried in coconut oil with coconut milk,mayo and curry sauce served with 2-3 cups of pak choi or spinach . I also have a tbsp. of MCT in the morning and in the afternoon.
And you really aren't hungry...? I IF on weekends a lot until 1 or 2 just because I'm too lazy to workout early... but I'll eat a 800 calorie "breakfast" and then a 1000 calorie dinner on top of the oil. I don't know... maybe I'm too conditioned for this amount of food and I could eat less? Can you eat this way forever or is this a big drop for you? Clearly we are all different but I read about all the women (mostly) eating 1200 calories a day and I just can't imagine it. I'd gnaw off my arm. And then eat chocolate.
