Really dry lips/skin??? I'm eating PLENTY of fat and am very hydrated, peeing plenty! Does anyone have any ideas why this happens? If/when I go back to eating rubbish, which sometimes happens! This clears up completely.

what else do you eat with your fat? Fat is not everything.
It's winter here....I get drier lips and skin in the winter. Unless you've been noticing it year round.
Dry lips are usually constipation. I'm not kidding. Poo should be soft, not as big around as your arm and all lumpy. :)

I think you may just be back to not enough healthy fats and dehydration with this correlation though :).
I've been getting dry lips since I was a child and I found that giving up wheat has helped A LOT. Every now and again I still get them, but I haven't figured out what the trigger is. Google searches will tell you it's a deficiency of X / Y /Z, but I'm more inclined to think it's a reaction TO something, as opposed to a lack of something.
You said you're peeing plenty, you might be hydrated but your electrolytes might be off, which make skin dry. Supplement magnesium and eat more sodium and potassium-rich foods if you aren't getting enough from the foods you already eat.
Optimal levels of nutrients and antioxidants are still needed to maintain healthy skin. If I were you, I'd check out your typical micronutrient intakes using something like Cronometer.com just to get a sense of whether your levels are normal. Lack of certain nutrients can cause dry skin. Vitamin E is an important one but that's just one example.

I had some dry skin patches appear during the first 6 weeks and they went away.
