I will tell you this. My wife has huge breasts, and our babies (n=2) grew enormously fast while they were being breastfed. Doing the science would probably be more awkward than worthwhile, but it's currently my belief large-breasted women produce more milk nutrients.

Lol. B cups here, massive amount of milk, midwife couldn't believe the rate my 3 kids put on weight so my experience is a little different...
