maybe, but really it is way more that I know that the alternative is worse. Being obese and lethargic for the rest of my life is less attractive than sticking to something (anything) that works to get it off and -just as importantly- keep it off. Unfortunately I have not found the magic combo to even get it off yet (well at least since child birth-18yrs ago). But I will (actually I feel like I have, here, even if it takes a bit of tweaking).

Oh my gosh! Maybe that is what is wrong with me! I keep getting bad stomach cramps around 1.5-2 miles into my run. I've been trying to figure it out before the 10k! Oh I hope that is it.

Karin ive never been able to see it on my iphone. not sure if there is a setting to change but I couldn't see it.

I get upset sometimes when I think I'm "doing this all wrong" and it just doesn't work. I am a slow/hard loser. I am keeping at it this time though because I FEEL so much better and I know I'm getting a lot of nutrition. Plus I've got my Fitbit now and it's making me OCD about hitting those 10000 steps a day. ;) I weighed this morning for the first time in six days and hadn't lost anything....and was rather depressed til I got a look at myself while I was dressing. My stomach is definitely happier - I'm getting more of a soft rounded Buddha belly rather than the three rolls of fat belly. So something good is happening there. ;)
