Of course it could be because they have one of the best health services in the world, a great work life balance, they eat real food and have strong family networks.

Such discoveries don't help me at all. I know that cheeses kill. I feel pain whenever I think about how much I pay for them and I do avoid the really expensive ones. So please drop the demand to help me instead of stimulating it.
BTW, the French do like their baguettes.
They will be tugging nasty stinky cheese from the death grip of my gnarled hands on the day of my demise.
Frankly, such comparisons don't make much sense. I think it's easier to live long on the Riviera than in some sunless North.
The French walk all day every day. Has nothing to do with baguette or cheese...
I live on the American Riviera. Everything is better here, and everything is just a little bit more better which cheese.
