You can refuse to believe it all you want, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen to me, and that doesn't mean it doesn't happen to many people to some degree or another. You think people with Celiac disease are just manifesting the symptoms so that they have something to be sick over? Please.
This is why no one wants to debate or talk with you about things. You are extremely close minded and "refuse to believe" what other people experience or believe in. So on that note, I bid you adieu. Good luck with your future interactions here.
No, celiacs disease is real but like many other things it's become greatly exaggerated in that I don't believe the majority of people actually have it.
I'm not close-minded, look at the posts in this thread where people are wishing they'd get killed by bread or something. That's common.
not to quote from the bible but, The Bible says, “Give us this day our daily bread”. Eating bread is nearly a religious commandment. But the Einkorn, heirloom, Biblical wheat of our ancestors is something modern humans never eat.
Instead, we eat dwarf wheat, the product of genetic manipulation and hybridization that created short, stubby, hardy, high yielding wheat plants with much higher amounts of starch and gluten and many more chromosomes coding for all sorts of new odd proteins. The man who engineered this modern wheat won the Nobel Prize – it promised to feed millions of starving around the world. Well, it has, and it has made them fat and sick.
I use einkorn berries flour and noodles.

Shhhhh we want to keep the healthy nutrient dense foods to ourselves.
now back to the thai wild caught cod fishcakes...stay away from any farm raised bull!!
gmo salmon?? << really... well they are not pink enough so lets inject them with pink dye...:)
what next... so many gmo's. cant wait for a host of new diseases we cant cure. well we can
but most are not lucrative $$$$ LIKE WHY NOT USE FLAX AND COTTAGE CHEESE TO CURE CANCER?
That's actually pretty interesting. I'd like to do more reading about that.

Man you're good, you're really good.
About 1% full celiac and many, many more at some level of sensitivity....not to mention IBS and other gut issues that have a grain connection...seems a good enough reason to avoid right there.
And funny enough very few cases of meat allergy!
