Hello! Im wondering if coconut milk, not water, makes good fuel after a workout or sprints? If not, what would work better?
It really depends on the type of workout and your current goals. Some people like to consume lots of carbs after a heavy strength workout (i.e. carb backloading, leangains etc), and some prefer a fat and protein snack/meal.
