Primal isn't a diet. So maybe that's why it's not working for you. What were you expecting to happen that didn't?

You look awesome already, you have an incredibly flat stomach, with an important "cut" above your hips. You're very lean, seriously, it's the reason why your body doesn't want to carry less. The bodybuilder look you desire are just a result of more muscle. If you had the level of body fat the picture you post have you'd look scrawny.

Leida, if you're still trying to lose weight and those photos are accurate, you're just pursuing your eating disorder du jour via primal.
Criminy, when I got down to 169, I felt like a goddess (I'm 5'5.5" and built like a Quarter Horse). I had sexy, cut sprinter thighs and my belly was starting to get flat for the first time in my life.
And you, Leida, are hot as well.
Still, that's not life-threatening and it will be a SLOW loss since you're basically at winter weight. Take your time. The first two months I did this, I only gained weight, actual fat I'm sure of it. Then slowly my entire body began to transform. Two years later, abs and veins. Slow and steady, my friend. Replenish those minerals and vitamins first so your body can manufacture all the necessary proteins to upregulate fat metabolism. Eat oysters, liver, seaweed, etc. Aim for the most nutrient-dense, digestible animal foods you can find as a starting point.
Leida, you did it. You're done. Welcome to maintenance phase.
