Stress...you might be at risk for ulcers.
This may not be what you're experiencing, but I get a burny stomach (no actual reflux unless it gets out of hand) when I have a bacterial overgrowth (unbalanced gut flora). I think Chris Kresser's site explains it best, but basically when you have an overgrowth, it causes gas and abdominal pressure and that backs the acid up in your stomach. I already take probiotics daily, but if I've been bad on my diet particularly with carbs/sugar (such as binging on Halloween candy, doh) the excess sugars/carbs feed the bad bacteria and I have to take extra probiotics/add in things like kefir, fermented foods, etc. to balance it back out. I'm working on getting rid of a flare right now.
Could be the cream upsetting your stomach.
Your menu has a lot of "style" to it. How much caffeine do you drink while you are writing code? And did you try cutting out the coconut milk and seeing if that helps.

I only drink coffee once a day.
The pain is gone but I am now experiencing a constant metallic/bitter/sweet taste in my mouth.
Sometimes I get very thirsty and my mouth feels dry.
What could this be? GERD?
It gets worst after I eat breakfast, never after dinner.
:(
bump for taste in mouth
Are you eating carbs? A metallic taste sometimes indicates ketosis.
Oh... My... Fucking... God. Go to a hospital, you idiot. Get off the the computer, now, and go.
Now that I got that over with, allow me to be helpful. It could be appendicitis, or gall stones, or G.I. bleeding... Which brings me back to my original suggestion... Get the fuck off the computer and and seek REAL medical attention.
^Dude, chill. If you scroll up two posts, you'll see that he chimed in again to see that the pain was no longer an issue.
OP, if you are having a new issue, it might be better to start a new thread since people don't always read the whole thing :)
