I only go to bed hungry if I've met my calorie needs for the day (1500 cals and over). If I'm under 1300 cals, I have a fat bomb (like tea with 1/2c cream) and pleasant dreams :)
Nope. Just think of it as getting a head start on a fast. I personally am not bothered by hunger and actually sleep better on an empty stomach.
Everyone must go to bed hungry when they misbehave. And they should endure a spanking as well.

Well, depending on who's doling out the spanking, I'm not sure it would be endured rather than enjoyed. :)
Thank you everyone for your feedback! I see that there are people across the spectrum...
For the past few weeks, I have been eating between 9am - 11am. It is a big meal, with a lot of fat, vegetables, protein, and one fruit.
I begin to start feeling hungry again around 7pm-ish, but it is not a hunger where I want to eat right away. Sometimes it is around 9.30ish that I feel real hunger again, but by then, I would have already wrapped up things around the house, cleaned the kitchen, picked up toys, etc. What I mean is, call it a day and go to bed. I do fine sleeping--and wake up with a ton of energy.
So is it CW to think that it is not ok to go to bed hungry?
Thanks in advance...
I have never heard of "it's not OK to go to sleep hungry" but I am not from US so I don't know what CW is there. To me going to sleep hungry is CW actually. Going to sleep hungry makes me feel normal, I sleep well, 9hrs of very deep sleep.
