I was doing squat and than i have pain in my lower back
i did it with good form and light weight
after 4 days the pain is gone and when i went to the gym yesterday i did deadlifts 1×5
with correct form and i feel a little pain in my lift knee while i doing the exercise but it gone fast after gym
next day which is today i feel a pain in my lower back
i don't know if it is bad pain or good pain?
should i avoid squat & deadlifts or not?
