Training day today, so carbs are high and fat is low a la LeanGains.
So, what are some good things to eat out with? Keeping fat low limits my options. I was thinking about a Publix sub, but I probably won't feel good with all that bread. Plus, I'm not gonna eat it without oil, cheese, mayonnaise, ham and salami so that's basically out. Maybe sushi.
