Every now and then I want toast! or some Naan!!!! I could eat the entire pack in like two sittings!
I think I do an "unintentional" 80/20. I stick to my diet about 99%, but I can't afford organic, pastured animals, so that must round up to 80/20... ^^;
Gluten free pizza maybe 2 x a month or on really weak occasions I have gluten free rice chex (I used to live on cereal so I think its bred into my genetic code) I was one of those PICKY eaters:)
red wine 1 to 2x a month
half n half in my coffee daily
Full fat greek yogurt
and Cheese
*waves a hand* Desserts, hands down. I'll be good and get the steak and salad at the restaurant, but I must have my molten chocolate cake.
Sourdough bread I'm afraid. I like it, and It's hard to avoid it sometimes. One small thin slice keps things under control...
I think it does feed the addiction, cakes and things look more and more tempting and need real willpower to ignore!
Beer is probably the one truly non-primal thing that I consume on a regular basis (one wild night every couple weeks ... it's good for my mental state, haha).
Mexican food, probably eat a Chipotle burrito (or something like it) once every couple months.
note: I train pretty hard 3-4 days a week, and run or do something lighter on the other days, so I by no means consider sweet potatoes and mashed pumpkin protein pudding (godly, btw) and the like part of my 20%. Same goes for any carb heavy pre-climb food.
For me ice cream and candy corn (during halloween) are my biggest cheating foods. I also like doritos and coke.
