Two Avocados
Situation: Guacamole made with two avocados, I ended up eating ALL the guacamole except for a few bites some one else ate. What affect will this have? Currently trying to lose weight...if were looking at calories this definitely put me over the top for what I needed
I once heard that when eating avocados, all of the fat is not necessarily absorbed by your body. Not too concerned, though I wonder how it will affect my weight loss goal... also wondering whats going to happen when it decides to leave my body

Avocadoes have about 50-53 calories per ounce. About the same as some cuts of meat. Sometimes I eat one a day. It's not like they have some special power to make you fat. :)

No big deal, just don't do it everyday! Part of balanced eating is enjoying healthy food! Avocados are wonderful food. Don't stress!

Obviously you needed the fat and whatever else avocados are rich in. Hopefully you ate your guac with a spoon and not with corn chips. Next time try for a 3-avocado bowl of guac.
