Thanks for the link.
Been looking for something like this for some time now.
I'm trying to find them retail in my area so I can try them on before I buy.
So far, no luck. But they're new, so they may not have arrived at my local army and navy store yet.
They carry every Belleville boot except this one.
I'll search a couple of other retail sites, and if I can't find them, I'll probably take a shot and order them online too.
those look pretty good. i wonder how flexible the soles are...he didn't bend or twist them. still, i'd like a pair.
Those are awesome!
Definitely a step in the right direction.
I love them! I bought some minimalist boots from Merrell, but they are clunkier and more like snow boots (I live in WI). They did have some awesome tweed shoes so I got them, too. I was looking for water proof boots to walk the dogs in the winter so the boots will work.
I'd like to see a pair in person. They look good to me. Nike offers their SFB which is based on their minimalist free technology. I have been thinking about ordering a pair for minimalist winter footwear but these boots are making me reconsider that...
Nice. I've been hoping to find something more like a casual/insulated boot, perhaps similar to a chukka, that has a minimalist sole for everyday wear. No luck so far though. My New Balance Winter Runs have become like a second skin the past several months in terms of working out, but they're too low for daily wear (pant legs drag).

I have the SFB's and they are not minimalist, nice but not minimalist.
My pair should get here on Friday, I'll let you all know.

That is good to know, I was discussing the SFBs with the local shoe store and they told me they were built on the Free technology and were minimalist. These Bellevilles are looking better not to mention cheaper too.
