what type of coconut milk do you use?

everything i find has preservatives...

Aroy-D brand is 100% coconut. I get it in my local asian supermarket.

I also use Aroy-D.

I get golden star brand from walmart. nothing in it but coconut and they even use bpa free cans.

+1 for GoldenStar from Walmart. I'm shocked that I actually found food there worth eating, but it's good stuff. They make a few worthwhile products. :)

Ayam coconut cream, 100% coconut extract! Just discovered this stuff - amazing! Just mix a spoon of it with water to make coconut milk. The coconut milk is the same price as the cream so why pay for water?

It says Thai something or other on it. Either that or Trader Joe Coconut Cream.....gotta go with the cream.

I use Aroy-D, Savoy coconut cream, and Thai Kitchen. I only use the first two straight away, without preservatives they only last 2 days in the fridge. I use Thai Kitchen for everyday in my coffee. I pour some of the separated liquid out of it so it is more like thick cream. It only has the Guar Gum.
