You could definitely make bark and balls with it, as long as you melted it down first (then refrigerate it to resolidify). It's pretty tough to cut up (imo) and takes a bit of muscle. Maybe that's why I don't use it often, lol. Lay-zeeee.

lol be good for the teeth then to chew! i will see if i can find a small amount to try when i go shopping later on this week.
Funny thing is that it's tough to cut, but easy to chew. Think how chocolate reacts to body temperature. Leave it in your hand for a min and it goes all gooey.

Thanks for clarifying. I thought that 1T of regular stevia sounded like a lot too. Thanks for posting this! It's just in time for the cold weather. I'm gonna try it with the coconut milk first.
Instead of stevia try xy.. oh crap I can never spell it... hang on...xylitol.
It's less than half the calories of sugar, actually strengthens teeth instead of rotting them and has none of the aftertaste of over-intensity of stevia.
I love the concept of stevia but xylitol is way better.

I've been making coconut milk hot cocoa for the past couple of months, but ugh. I really don't like it. I much prefer regular milk, but it makes me gassy :(

I use xylitol for baking. You must be very careful when using xylitol in liquid form. It will cause diarrhea.
I have used xylitol before, but doesn't stevia has fewer carbs? I'm trying to stick to VLC right now due to pregnancy/diabetes.
Use whatever floats your boat for sweetener :)
The stevia in the raw has maltrodextrin
The stevia in the raw has maltrodextrin
Yes, I'm aware of this. I think there's worse things you could use. Splenda is just aspartame, right? Aspartame turns to formadlahyde at the right temperature.
Here's a whole thread on maltodextrin for your viewing enjoyment:

Like I said, use whatever sweetener floats your boat. I was just trying to keep it on the VLC side.
