Is goat milk an option, or is all milk off the table?

I get bad gas with most dairy outside of yogurt. :(
hemp & flax are all that come to mind
If you're okay with seeds you could make sesame/sunflower/pepita milk. It's easy - just soak them, blend them, strain them.

Hemp milk is good, except for high omega-6 levels. Still, I'd give it a shot.
Flax is just as high, if not HIGHER than, soy in phytoestrogens so those with hormonal issues might want to avoid for the same reasons.
what about quinoa milk? I've bought it before (very expensive though) but you could probably make it.
im trying to limit my nut/seed intake. but wanted something to use in place of nut or coconut milk mashed sweet potatoes I eat almost daily.
Have you tried adding yogurt? May not taste that bad. I like mixing sour cream with my potatoes....
What about clarified butter?
