I liked Paleo Answer by Loren Cordain.
I second Primal Body Primal Mind. One that I like even better and was full of really fascinating information about how what you eat affects you and the next one or two generations of your descendants: Deep Nutrition.
Oh and two others I like are:
Stefansson's [URL="http://owndoc.com/pdf/The-fat-of-the-land.pdf"]Fat of the Land[/URL]
Weston A. Price [URL="http://gutenberg.net.au/ebooks02/0200251h.html"]Nutrition and Physical Degeneration[/URL]
These two are original research rather than containing lots of sources. They are old books, but I think that because of that, the information is really valuable. It's a glimpse into what was.
I too would recommend Good science, bad science. Loved the way it backed up the evidence with scientific research.
Although big, easy to read.
