Core fitness & gymnastics guy new to the forums
I've watched Marks's forum for a couple of years now and decided to finally stop observing from the shadows and jump straight in. My background is predominantly gymnastics and it has had a huge influence on the types of exercises I do on a daily basis.
Over the years I've learned to incorporate body weight and gymnastic movements to maintain a high level of fitness. I'm not trying to outrun my birth certificate but I do believe that fitness is one of the best anti-aging programs on the block.
Inevitably, being fit is a state of mind, a daily life choice and I look forward to meeting and making some new friends here in the forum.
