Stuff to do with eggs.
Getting bored of eggs?
Here are several ways to have them:
Scrambled in butter with some extra protein:
Fried plain and as frittatas:
Baked into tomatoes:
Hard-boiled on the side:
Scrambled with veg:
Scrambled with Beet:
Pork and Butternut-Squash Scrambled Egg:
Raw in a Shake:
Shakshouka (North African dish where eggs are poached in a spicy tomato sauce):
I'll continue uploading my recipes here, but you can feel free to share ideas as to how to make eggs fun, more interesting, tasty and new! :)
Hopefully we'll all come out of it no longer thinking of eggs as "that boring protein you mix with veg and eat only because it's cheap". (Hopefully none of us did to begin with, but they CAN get tedious if you don't have enough combos/recipes for them!)
Have fun! :D
And I know all the photos aren't that fab and that the eggs in my Shakshouka are a bit disintegrated and buried, but I'm sure you get the idea!
Devilled eggs! Rather easy to make, though not very quick. Still, a simple way to impress!
Scrambled with Fruit and Nuts.

I unapologetically do "do" dairy. And I love eggs!
Eggs and cream cheese on a roasted red pepper.
Eggs on bacon and random veggies like onions and zucchini.
Scrambled eggs on avocado.
Egg and pumpkin pancakes (w/berries and buttah).
Eggs on sweet potato.
Egg in a lunchmeat basket.
Eggs benedict! Poached eggs covered in more egg yolk and butter? How can you go wrong?! Also, use your blender to make hollandaise like this.
Instead of the obligatory english muffin, we put ours on top of:
root veggie hash
lox and cream cheese
back bacon.. or just bacon :)
Or pretty much anything else in the entire edible world. (Disclaimer: not responsible for unpalatablity of unorthodox combinations ;))
