(log always morning after, so it's a cheat, I weighed again this morning and scale finally moved)!!!!!

Walked 1 hour, 38 degrees, light snow, summer short, mesh safety vest. Very cold at the end and much of the day

So, tomorrow morning weigh, measure and BF . Deficit of calories for week = 4775.
According to conventional wisdom, I should have lost 1 1/2 lbs. I know I lost more than that as the first couple of days I really dropped. Might have been carry over from the potato's as some have reported dropping weight even after they quit.
Find out.......less than 10 hours....drruuuuuummmmmm rrrrrrrroooooooolllllllll

I sent you a private message. So I've read your logs. My recommendations for the first bit is to eat as close to your calorie allotment as possible, otherwise, you'll get hungry at night and eat shit food. If you're anything like me, you get hungry and crave foods at night. Make sure you eat a good dinner with lots of fat. I usually eat my dinners at about 8pm and usually too full to eat after that, but if I got hungry, I'd eat some eggs and bacon or something along that line.
I'm not doing bad eating a deficit really. Only problem I've had is grabbing a few Almonds that end up to be too much, to munch on. I keep those at bay, I'm not really that hungry. I'm also only eating 2x/day, which is unusual for me. Big breaky and then supper. Seems to be working.
I have tried eating bacon and eggs one nite when I was hungry, family looked at me as if I was nuts...LOL
Ez, if you're using one of those scales to get your BF%, ignore it. Those are notoriously inaccurate. A much better gauge is your measurements.
Thanks Goldie. It's one that is hand held. On the 4 hour body forum (awhile ago) people toted them as pretty good. I don't care if it's bang on. It's like a scale, it can be off many pounds but if it shows you are losing or gaining, it's good enough for me. Going down an inch on my waist in a week was a good sign. Many more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, Foster daughter visiting friends for week end, so time alone with wife. Went out for nice supper, total Primal, Prime Rib and veggies. Proud of myself.
20 min swim in 52 degree Canadain quarry, how many calories did I burn? Know I burnt my pj's standing to close to the woodstove...LOL

Didn't have a great day due to friends coming over and having supper with red wine. Then after supper, more red wine, then after that, more red wine, think you get it.
Stayed close to calorie intake but I'm sure the wine killed any progress I made.
As above, swam in cold water, felt good until warming by woodstove and melted my pj's.....oh well....make lounging shorts now...LOL

Counted calories, I was 1400 under but had a piece of Paleo brownie? and some apple crisp made with coconut sugar and flour. Think I'm still under but have no idea what those two things would be calorie wise.
