Pumpkin seeds have been a lifesaver when I just can't stop that snacky feeling. I also love good chicharones/pork cracklins, which is fried pig skin often times with some fat still on it. I'm not sure if it's primal, but it seems like it should be.
P.S. "Pork cracklins" seems like the most redneck American snack I could think of, I'm not sure if those are available in the UK, but try not to knock them till you try them.
I always have a tray of deviled eggs in the fridge. Perfect easy snack. Mixed nuts (preferrably a fancy mix without peanuts) or Emerald brand makes almonds awesome. Emerald Cocoa Roasted almonds have saved my sweet tooth many times over.
Cherry tomatoes. They've become my new candy.
Plantains or sweet potatoes sliced thin and fried in coconut oil, mmmmmmmmmmm!
Nuts and seeds make awesome primal snacks. I'm sitting here munching on sunflower seeds as I type.

Sunflower seeds are edible cocaine as far as I'm concerned. I could eat them by the pound, even more so if they're pre-shelled.
boiled egg i like very much
- Almonds/Macadamia Nuts
- String cheese if you do dairy
- Hardboiled egg
- Celery with almond butter
- Cucumber slices with red onion and avocado
- Pickles
- Turkey or ham rolled up in lettuce
- Leftovers! I snack all day long because I work a lot and don't often have time for a sit down meal during the day except for dinner. Leftovers are a lifesaver when I don't have a chance to make breakfast. I cannot fast...it makes me binge like crazy.
I make my own jerky, and dried pumpkin leather, these are great snackeroos.
I keep peppers and carrots at my desk too for when I'm in need of something sweet and crunchy.
Be careful with abusing the nuts and nut butter! We're all guilty of that sometimes.
